From the Chicago Sun-Times:
■ North Chicago senior Kurt Hall has the size (6-4), strength, aggressiveness, and talent to be a contributor on the University of Toledo’s basketball team for the next four years.
He also has the size, strength, aggressiveness and talent to be a contributor on that school’s football team as a tight end.

From the video I have seen looks to be about 6'4" tall. Maybe the video is old and he has grown I've seen him listed between 6-4 and 6-6. Obviously if he's going to be a power forward then 6-6 is better. He doesn't seem to be a real leaper but still gets rebounds. At about 205# he doesn't have the bulk like a Tino Valencia who was a good interior guy, but about 6-4. Throw in the fact that Hall has mentioned some grade problems and he certainly is an interesting recruit. BTW, I certainly agree we need more size. We will likely have three scholarships for the 2015-16 class and we need at least another center and PF.

This other rumored offer Sammis Reyes 6' 7" 248 lb. power forward really looks and plays the part from the video available. Looks much more impressive IMO than Hall, but we will see.

well, reyes has as impressive a highlight reel as you'll find for a mid major recruit. i'd be thrilled to get him in the program. still, hall is a solid recruit. he played at an increasingly high level against good hs comp and really become the man on a team with several d1 recruits. he's bigger than pearson or drummond who also play the swingman position and has a d1 ready build.
